R17 - Double lane

Non service affecting final template to use the R17 Double lane release.
Process: To use the new R17 release of our cloud template we upgrade in one steps, the update is non service affecting.

Overview
This update improves the auto-healing functionality of our current generation runtime architecture. In this cloud template an earlier bug surrounding the "lock reclaim" auto-healing has been fixed.

• Improve Locking mitigation in the Artemis server (autohealing)

Update Steps

• Use the final R17 template (non service affecting) (duration: 4 minutes)
• User actions after applying the final template:
  • Check if all runtimes are reachable by the runtime dashboard.
  • Check if all flows have been installed according to the active release.
  • Check if messages pass through the bus by verifying a critical message flow in external systems.
