Exercise - Data model message

With this exercise, we continue our journey into the eMagiz platform. This exercise will explain how to start defining your data model within the Design phase of eMagiz.

1. Prerequisites

  • Completed all previous exercises of the Crash course Platform
  • Completed all previous microlearnings of the Crash course Platform

2. Exercise

In this exercise we want you to promote the previously imported system message definition of CAPE to the CDM. Note that this action should only be executed when a data model is still empty.

In the Crash Courses API Gateway, Messaging and Event Streaming you will learn more about these models. For now, please press the Promote to CDM button on the system message section from the CAPE system. The net result is that the system message will be copied into the CDM and the mapping will be created for you.
